I’m Stephanie Morish and, as a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach, my mission is to help busy people like yourself achieve greater health, vitality and balance without deprivation or extremes.  I offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching packages that are designed to radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need to create a lifetime of balance. 

I believe balance is at the core of health and happiness.  This means balance in all aspects of our lives: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. As my approach to health is holistic, complete wellness is only possible when all aspects of your life are connected and contributing to your sense of nourishment and fulfilment.  In addition to eating a balanced whole foods diet, having healthy relationships, good sleep, less stress and regular physical activity all play a huge role in your overall health.  As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of your current state and needs, and we will create a strategy to balance all aspects of your life and achieve a permanent wellness transformation. 

I believe that deep down each of us knows exactly what works and what does not work for our own body.  It’s a matter of being mindful and learning to tune into the internal health expert inside each one of us.  Often we need support and guidance in the art of listening to our own body.  This is where I come in. I will help you create a better relationship with yourself, truly enjoy food, and find ways to move your body that make you feel bright and energized instead of drained and depleted. 

I believe that food changes everything. Most often, food is the best place to start on your road to wellness because, without proper nourishment physically, we can’t thrive mentally or emotionally. Working together, we will create a highly nutritious diet specific to your individual preferences and needs.  This will NOT involve willpower or lists of “good” and “bad” foods. This will be an eating plan that is delicious, enjoyable, and sustainable for you in the long term.

I believe restrictive diets don’t work because forcing doesn’t work. However, feeling inspired and being kind and nurturing to yourself does work. Inspiration is more powerful than willpower, and being gentle while letting your body recalibrate using the tools of good nutrition and mindful listening will bring joy and peace with your plate.

Through a mix of nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, I will create a wellness program for you that will transform the way you live and eat. 

Change doesn’t happen with an about-face. It happens by building up habits in our minds.  Slowly, step-by-step, I will help you build new habits and make individualized, easily integrated changes, so that you can begin making healthy decisions, effortlessly, and reach your goals permanently.

I believe that you are unique and your road to wellness should be, too.  When we work together, I will customize your program to help you discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support YOU.

I offer two coaching packages – at a length of either 3 or 6 months. The duration of our time together is totally up to you.

Each coaching package includes:

  • Two 60-minute in person, phone or Skype sessions per month

  • Personalized nutrition plan for hitting your health goals

  • Consulting on meal planning, cooking and recipes

  • Food, supplement and health product recommendations

  • Session notes + relevant educational materials sent after each session

  • E-mail support between sessions

  • My personal commitment to your health and success
